Detox Spa
Ingredients:
Sea Salt, Baking Soda, Powdered Ginger and Bentonite Clay
Directions: Put ingredients in bath before adding water. Have water warm enough to perspire. Drink water while submerged to prevent dehydration. Use loofah brush on lymph glands and scrub down about 3 times during the ½ hour soak. Have a cool down shower to return your body to its normal temperature.

Baltone Powder
Ingredients: Organic flax seed, psyllium seed and husks, oat fiber, apple pectin and slippery elm bark powders, natural pineapple and peppermint flavors.
Directions: Put 8 to 10 oz. of water or juice into shaker add 1 Tbsp. of Baltone, shake briskly and drink quickly. Follow with 8 oz. of water. Take this drink at least twice a day. Drink additional water throughout the day. Please note that over 1 Tbsp. of Baltone at one time could cause constipation it should not be taken as you would bran.
