Baby Boomers – Natural Health

Baby Boomers – Natural Health was created for our Baby Boomer Generation because this is my age group and I can readily identify with our health concerns.  We have parents, children and grandchildren that we need to educate and elevate.  Our parents had a stronger foundation with more natural foods and a slower lifestyle but most have taken to medications for correction of minor aches and pains only to find themselves taking more medications to relieve the side affects of their first prescription.  The liver becomes polluted and the other organs have to work hard with trashed blood.  This blood runs through the body including our brains and we start losing are car keys! Some of us experienced this before our parents. Our children eased into fast foods and our grandchildren have become stagnated with microwave meals and computer games. I would like to say that this didn’t happen to me but unfortunately my lifestyle chaos hit me in my early 40’s not by taking medication but running on stress and relying on the microwave took its toll.

I was working as a realtor 24/7 selling a house every other day on Vancouver Island in Canada.  My mind was like a computer until my adrenal glands refused to take a charge.  My immune system collapsed when my younger son was abducted. I spiraled down and chronic fatigue with fibromyalgia quickly set in.  It was to my good fortune that my chiropractor Bruce Russell referred me to an American Naturopath visiting Canada for the weekend.  After tests he told me I was like a person who had not slept for 3 days and 3 nights.  This was Dr. Mick Hall and he quickly set down a regiment to get me back on my feet.  At the time of my initial visit I was conscious only 3 hours a day and the rest of the day was spent in bed unable to sleep, unable to respond – I was a zombie.  I knew I had to change my life on all levels – mental, physical, spiritual and emotional.  Without the physical I could not do the rest so I started cleansing using the exact products that I list on my current website advancedcleansingsystems.com. I used detox baths and the small rebounder to get my stagnated lymph system eliminating  the toxins I was holding onto. I needed alarm clocks to schedule my supplements and flash cards to do even the simplest tasks.  I was in pain from head to toe and my brain would not function.  I changed my career, my relationship, my residence and my outlook.

This was a 15 month undertaking but education in natural products has escalated over the past 20 years and although you must be focused, it is so much quicker now. My mental, spiritual and emotional balance came from working with Alzheimer Patients.  I was swept into teaching health, and becoming a Natural Health Consultant with Highest Honors to prove this Baby Boomer could return.

Today I reside in California close by both sons, continuing My Mission to educate others by being a Light at the End of the Tunnel.

Now all health conditions can be reversed within weeks and a new lifestyle will keep you functioning to fulfill all your dreams.
