Dancing for Exercise is fun for any age. This is my kind of dancing because you use so many muscles and get your cardio going just by enjoying yourself. These steps are easy to learn and repetition is the name of the game until it becomes second nature. It is impossible not to smile and get your endorphins moving when you are feeling the freedom of joy.
