Natural Remedies intrigue me. In my profession I constantly hear from people dealing with the side affects of their prescriptions and taking another prescription to combat the affects of the first. My first choice is to create a strong foundation by cleansing the body then add a Natural Remedy to the receptive host. I will be adding new Natural Remedies as often as possible to help those who have completed the cleansing process through the Advanced Cleansing System.
Poor Circulation -
One of my favorites is Cayenne Pepper. I open a 120,000 heat unit capsule in my lemonade drink every day but I had to build up to it. Cayenne can be purchased in bulk at your health food store or in capsule. The most common capsule size is 40,000 heat units and should never be taken on an empty stomach. Cayenne pepper is reputed to be the purest herbal stimulant.
High Blood Pressure -
My first choice as a Natural Remedy is to drink freshly juiced carrots 50% celery 30% with 20% spinach. Drink at least 12 oz a day but no more at one time. You can if you wish but your body will only utilize up to 12 oz at a time. Twice a day would be better. Cayenne pepper is also a wonderful blood pressure stabilizer. Add at least 1/8 tsp to goldenseal tea and drink a cup daily. Do not eat licorice if your blood pressure is high or if you have kidney problems. It can cause renal failure.
Low Blood Pressure – Use licorice root from your health food store. Take it in the morning and at noon but discontinue when your blood pressure is normal. Pay heed to the warning about licorice above.
Laughter is a good stabilizer for both low and high blood pressure levels. Scientific studies have shown the at least 10-15 minutes of hardy laughter every morning is beneficial. We all have our private source for laughter but we can not exist without it!

I’m still a little confused on your entry here. Do you really believe this? I don’t say you’re wrong, but you will have to make a great discussion to convince other people of your point.

Just read your comments and I am happy you see the comedy here. So many are turning to prescriptions while the answers are in your cupboard or at your finger tips. I’m sure we have all heard how Norman Cousins thought he would die laughing when he had a life threatening disease and found he did the opposite by watching and reading comedies. He survived and lived on to share this adventure. Thanks again!

Thank you for your comment. These are listed as my Favorites because I know they have worked for others. I do not list anything without testimonials from people who have talked with me personally. When I was a Health and Body Care Consultant in Canada I wrote down testimonials every day so others could prosper from simple things that get results. Please let me know what confuses you and I will clarify it for you. Thanks again!
