Advanced Cleansing System Products

Cleansing Products from Advanced Cleansing Systems will make your decision easy.  These are tried and true products that I have used for over twenty years.  Creating a foundation by cleaning out will assist your body in assimilating nutrients in the future.  I have outlined five easy products to assist you:

The First Product is an enjoyable Detox Spa.  Gently add the ingredients from the plastic sleeve into your bath water.  Have the water warm enough to produce perspiration but not so hot that it will make your heart beat faster.  Relax or talk on the phone so you will stay under the water for at least 30 minutes.  Drink water so you don’t become dehydrated then take a cool down shower to return your body to its normal temperature.  This spa will open your pores and pull out toxins plus heavy metals.

The Second Product is a digestive enzyme called Primagest.  These are the same products that saved my life so I feel confident in recommending them for you.  Nothing takes more energy away from the body than digesting your food.  If you are not supplementing with digestive enzymes for any foods that are not raw/alive then your body is using your metabolic enzymes.  Your metabolic enzymes are already rebuilding and repairing your body and get pulled away from their full time job.  It is like robbing Peter to pay Paul!

The Third Product is a probiotic called Nutri-Dophilus.    Many of our digestive problems are caused by an imbalance of bacteria in our intestinal tract.  The approximate formula should be 80% good bacteria to 20% bad.  This formula is usually reversed because of the use of antibiotics taken during illness or in commercially produced foods.  When this imbalance occurs we suffer from bloating, gas and indigestion as well as constipation or diarrhea.  Probiotics work if the can be entered into our system with food to bypass the intestinal acids but the best way to have them delivered where they will be most effective is listed below with the Baltone and Fiber Regulators.

The Fourth and Fifth Products are listed together because unless your colon is very healthy your will need a Fiber Regulator to assist the Baltone Fiber transition through the colon.  The best way to describe the Baltone is by addressing it as an aerobic exercise for the colon.  This Fiber makes the colon work and strengthen.  The mild laxative affect of the Fiber Regulator will guide the Baltone until the colon builds strength to move on its own.  Consequently you would never use Fiber Regulator on its own because as any laxative the colon would become stretched and lazy – not being able to function without assistance.  Baltone is not like Bran where as the more you use the more the  bowel moves.  Over a tablespoon of Baltone at one time would constipate you.  Starting gently with two teaspoons at a time on an empty stomach and regulating with one or two fiber regulators is the best way to start.  We are always here to assist you with any questions on this.

After a month of this transition your body will have the foundation created to begin building up and cleaning out for a life time of anti-aging experiences.  The simpler you keep it the more readily your body will accept the changes.  Remember that some foods are “food for the soul” and should not be totally eliminated so you do not feel deprived.  Once cleansed your body will start asking for fruits and vegetables that were not on your previous lists.
