My Dance Partner for Life

This is just a little humor to show that dancing is valuable exercise at any age.  Laughter is also excellent for your health.  When you can combine the two you have the best of both worlds.   When my health was ebbing I had to search out what made my heart sing.  I was so busy making a living that I forgot to make a life.  So my journey back for my mental and physical well being began with ballroom dancing in Canada and flowed over to jitterbug and East Coast Swing here in Southern California.  Dancing will keep your circulation up, it is good for the heart , good for the attitude and brain function.  Once you have been rejuvenated you can seek out other activities that make you happy.  The first video is the West Coast Swing (above) and the second with the 87 year-old-woman is the Salsa.
