I have so many men and women who reach out to me on Facebook and say they have a friend with Fibromyalgia and they don’t know where to turn to because they are on so many medications. Please contact me and I promise to be gentle. I know how to talk to the caregiver to give you the love and space you need. I know how to direct them to give you flash cards so you won’t have to keep everything in your head. Trust me I have been there and I reach out now to help you.
