1. Reverse the lifetime accumulation of toxic substances

2. Reverse the lifetime accumulation of unhealed damage (dump enough poison out of the body to allow the body to heal)

3. Heal the hundreds of traumatic memories from the brain, body tissues and DNA that establish over expectations of life.

4. Restore the life-energy that has been forced out of the body. By age 55 there is usually more life-energy outside of the body than there is inside the body.

5. Become a conscious creator of good and self-enhancing circumstances, rather than a creator of stressful, self-inhibiting circumstances.

Common Belief

The Truth is

It is so much more difficult carrying around 20 to 50 extra pounds, walking and moving with extreme pain and stiffness and with extremely low energy, not to mention having 1/2 dozen symptoms of disease.

Fear is the resistance we struggle against to evolve to become as spiritual as we desire.  Once we have mastered fear we have mastered life.
